Detective Conan Permissions
Due to the canon points I am using for Jigen, the Detective Conan and Lupin the 3rd worlds are intersected. Jigen is part of an internationally known Gang of Thieves, even if he doesn't stand out as much as Lupin. Ergo, anyone who has ties with Interpol and other government agencies worldwide, or are perhaps a part of the world of thieves may know of Daisuke Jigen. He also has his own circle of known associates that are in the mercenary world, the criminal world, and in some governments where he worked as a trainer.
I am okay with anyone recognizing Jigen, from word of mouth only. (Chance meetings before Box arrival must be talked out.)
However, he may or may not know your Characters.
Let me know in a comment if you would want Jigen to recognize your character/organization, either from word of mouth, or (potentially) a chance meeting, and what level of detail he could discover about your character/organization. He does have an extensive information network, so keep that in mind. He's more likely to know more than most others, but he's also not likely to talk about things either.
